Jeannette Pohlen is a retired American professional basketball player who was born on November 2, 1987, in Brea, California. She is best known for her success in the collegiate level, where she played for the Stanford Cardinal women's basketball team from 2007 to 2011. During her college career, Pohlen won two Pac-10 Player of the Year awards, was a three-time All-American, and helped lead Stanford to the NCAA women's basketball championship game twice.
After her successful college career, Pohlen was drafted by the Indiana Fever in the 2011 WNBA draft and played for the team until 2016. She also played professionally in Europe, including stints in Italy, Poland, and Turkey. In her WNBA career, Pohlen averaged 4.2 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game.
In 2019, Pohlen announced her retirement from playing professional basketball to become an assistant coach for the University of Indianapolis women's basketball team.
